$ cd /tmp
$ git clone https://github.com/bioinfologics/satsuma2.git
$ cd satsuma2
$ scl enable devtoolset-7 bash
$ mkdir build && cd build
$ cmake3 .. -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/export/apps/satsuma2/git-37c5f386
$ make
$ sudo mkdir -p /export/apps/satsuma2/git-37c5f386
$ sudo chown aorth /export/apps/satsuma2/git-37c5f386
$ make install
$ cp ../bin/satsuma_run.sh /export/apps/satsuma2/git-37c5f386/bin
$ sudo chown -R root:root /export/apps/satsuma2/git-37c5f386

Note: you must modify the satsuma_run.sh script to enable SLURM support.
