An informal gathering of users of the ILRI, Nairobi high-performance computing platform. Topics discussed include:
- HPC infrastructure organization
- Job scheduling
- Linux scripting
- Cluster best practices
- New tools
All bioinformaticians, statisticians, geo-informaticians, economists etc are welcome. :)
Meeting time
We generally meet the first Wednesday of the month, but sometime this slips due to meetings, travel, etc. The meetings are help in Lab 2's Ndovu meeting room. Contact Alan Orth if you want to be notified about these meetings.
