RSeQC: An RNA-seq Quality Control Package. RSeQC package provides a number of useful modules that can comprehensively evaluate high throughput sequence data especially RNA-seq data.

$ module load python/2.7.8
$ python setup.py build
$ python setup.py install --prefix=/export/apps/rseqc/2.6.4
$ PYTHONPATH=/export/apps/rseqc/2.6.4/lib/python2.7/site-packages python setup.py install --prefix=/export/apps/rseqc/2.6.4
