===== Usage =====

See versions of rapsearch which are available:
<code>$ module avail rapsearch</code>

Load one version into your environment and run it:
<code>$ module load rapsearch/2.22
$ rapsearch</code>

Note: be sure to set the -z parameter if you want to use more than one thread. The number you use here should match the number of CPUs you request in your SLURM batch job.

$ make
$ sudo mkdir -p /export/apps/rapsearch2/2.22/bin
