$ ./configure --enable-phyml --prefix=/export/apps/phyml/3.3.20180621
$ make
$ sudo mkdir -p /export/apps/phyml/3.3.20180621
$ sudo chown aorth /export/apps/phyml/3.3.20180621
$ make install
$ sudo chown -R root:root /export/apps/phyml/3.3.20180621</code>
