$ wget http://www.unafold.org/download/oligoarrayaux-3.8.1.tar.bz2
$ tar xf oligoarrayaux-3.8.1.tar.bz2
$ cd oligoarrayaux-3.8.1
$ ./configure --prefix=/export/apps/oligoarrayaux/3.8.1
$ make
$ sudo mkdir -p /export/apps/oligoarrayaux/3.8.1 
$ sudo chown aorth /export/apps/oligoarrayaux/3.8.1
$ make install
$ sudo chown -R root:root /export/apps/oligoarrayaux/3.8.1</code>
