$ cd gmap-2015-12-31/
$ scl enable devtoolset-2 bash
$ sudo mkdir -p /export/apps/gmap/2015-12-31
$ sudo chown joguya:joguya /export/apps/gmap/2015-12-31
$ ./configure --prefix=/export/apps/gmap/2015-12-31
$ module load openmpi/1.8.2
$ make
$ make install
$ sudo chown -R root:root /export/apps/gmap/2015-12-31
