$ tar xf bedtools-2.31.1.tar.gz 
$ cd bedtools2
$ make
$ sudo mkdir -p /export/apps/bedtools/2.31.1
$ sudo chown aorth /export/apps/bedtools/2.31.1
$ make install prefix=/export/apps/bedtools/2.31.1
