RAPSearch stands for Reduced Alphabet based Protein similarity Search.
See versions of rapsearch which are available:
$ module avail rapsearch
Load one version into your environment and run it:
$ module load rapsearch/2.22 $ rapsearch
Note: be sure to set the -z parameter if you want to use more than one thread. The number you use here should match the number of CPUs you request in your SLURM batch job.
