sudo mkdir -p /export/apps/netmhcpan/2.8

- set env. vars in netMHCpan tcsh script
setenv  NMHOME  /export/apps/netmhcpan/2.8/

sudo cp -r netMHCpan-2.8/* /export/apps/netmhcpan/2.8

$ module load netmhcpan/2.8
$ nethmcpan -h
