BEAST 2 is a cross-platform program for Bayesian phylogenetic analysis of molecular sequences.

See which versions of beast2 are available:
$ module avail beast2
Load one version into your environment and run it:
$ module load beast2/2.6.4 $ beast -h
Note: Please use the threads
option to limit the number of threads launched by BEAST2 to be the same amount as in your SLURM sbatch request. See the documentation for more information.
